Description

PVC insulated control cables are often applied for connecting various electrical appliances, instruments and 

automatic devices, suitable for control and monitor circuit and circuit protection under the condition that the AC rated 

voltage lower than 600/1000V.

PVC insulated control cables

The cable sheath is then made of special self-extinguishing PVC of applied when higher safety in case of fire is required.

Smoke emission in fire is low .Released gases are not corrosive. Shielded control cables are designed for control, 

protection and monitoring systems in power engineering, also for electric power distribution.

PVC insulated control cables

The cables are suitable for industrial applications, such as production plants or air-conditioning systems operating in dry 

and wet locations, also for outdoor installations, in cable ducts or for direct earth burial.

1. Cable laying temperature: ≥0°C


2. Long-term allowable operating temperature of cable conductor: 70°C


3. Minimum permissible bending radius:


a. For unarmored cables, should be no less than six times of cable outer diameter;


b. For armored or copper belt shield structure cables, should be not less than 12 times of cable outer diameter;


c. For flexible cable with shield structure, shoud be less than six times of cable outer diameter.


4. Finished cable can bear AC 5HZ, 3KV, 5min withstand test without breakdown.


5. Conductor DC resistance meets the requirements of national standard GB/T3956-2008 “Cable Conductor” and international standard IEC60228.
